Healthy Workplace - Eat Well

Good nutrition is the key to being healthy. When VTS began providing meals for our employees, we structured our offerings using the guidelines of the Zone diet. Through further research and consulting with a dietitian, we've evolved to provide a morning snack, afternoon snack and a full meal each day.

Our current menu follows the BALi diet. With two cafeterias and a full service kitchen that provides meals to our employees, free of charge and on the clock, we've seen drastic improvements in morale, productivity and the health of our employees.
